Escape to this spacious lakeside retreat on beautiful Lake Barkley —perfect for large families, reunions, or group getaways.

The main house features 6 comfortable bedrooms and accommodates up to 16 guests. Just across from the main house, you'll find a charming barndominium with 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and entertainment space, sleeping up to 4 guests. For even larger groups, an RV is available that can accommodate up to 4 more people.

The large kitchen and dining area that can seat all 20 guests comfortably—perfect for shared meals and gatherings. Inside, you'll also find three separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, socialize, or unwind.

Relax and unwind in the newly added hot tub, or gather around the fire pit with swing seating for cozy evenings under the stars. Guests enjoy year-round deep water access and use of a shared boat dock, making it ideal for boating, fishing, and swimming.

During the summer months, take advantage of the floating lily pad —perfect for lounging on the water—along with 5 kayaks available for guest use.

This property is designed for both relaxation and fun—whether you're enjoying peaceful lake views or entertaining your group with the many on-site amenities. Pets are welcome in the barndominium.

There's also an extra 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twink Bunk bed on the camper that you can use.

We loved our stay here. The house has everything we needed and more. We loved hanging out on the dock and having a Lilly pad in the lake. The living room and bedrooms are very nice as well. We hope to come back here again.

Pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s simply stunning and was very thoughtfully designed. High quality materials and the kitchen is unbelievable. We had 14 family members ranging from age 7 to 76, including some twenty somethings. Everyone was perfectly comfortable and had the best week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
