The private pool is fenced in behind the home and directly accessible from the kitchen's back door. Beautiful House
The house itself was beautiful, well-decorated, and a great fit for our family. The kitchen was decently stocked, and the easy beach access made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. Also, tankless water heater - the BEST with as many people we had! We also appreciated how quickly the property manager responded quickly when we had a maintenance issue.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The house can be quite noisy. The walls and overall construction seemed to provide very little sound insulation and parking is tight if you and a neighbor have larger trucks.
Overall, this was a great place for our family!
Clean room, very spacious and great location. A short drive to the beach. Several restaurants walking distance. We plan on staying here again next year!
This house was great. We had 8 people staying and there was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. It is close to several bars, so if they have bands playing it is a little loud. Highly recommend this house.
This place was perfect for our little ones! Having your own mini-pool and rooftop spot was awesome and we spent a ton of time there after our beach days. We will definitely be back!
The location was very good! The rooftop sitting area was delightful. The house was clean and inviting. The kitchen lacked a few amenities. In the bedrooms, there were no night stands so no lamps; phones and drinks were on the floor. While closets aren’t a necessity, having hooks to hang clothes would be nice. Overall, our stay was however very pleasant.
The house was immaculate and the host/property manager was amazingly easy to communicate with!!! He responded quickly to my inquiries. Will definitely book again - highly recommend!!
We really enjoyed our stay here and the condo is nice. However, we found it lacking some basics that you would expect it to have. The first thing was no bedside tables in any of the rooms, plug your phone in and lay it on the floor. Also, nowhere to hang your clothes in any of the rooms, and no dressers. Other than that, we liked the condo, the pool is a great feature. Not sure we would stay here again, but we enjoyed ourselves while we were there.
We had a great time at the condo. The location for adults is awesome. You are walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants which we absolutely enjoyed, but if you have children, I wouldn't recommend staying here as you can hear the music from inside condo. I'm not sure how long this condo community has been here, but they do appear to be fairly new. I would still recommend only a couple things; there are no closets or dresser drawers, therefore, you will have to keep your clothes in your suitcase, or perhaps in one of the other bedrooms, if they're vacant. There aren't any nightstands in case you wanted to charge your phone or keep water at your bedside. You'd need to put on floor. (Ok, maybe these are minor issues) There's also not a blow dryer, which maybe it's just me, but I'm used to having one wherever I've stayed. Other than that, everything was really great, and I wish we could have stayed one more day. Can't forget the pool! It was awesome! P.S. watch out for the mosquitos! I would still stay here again.
We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and the pictures matched the listing. Check in process was easy and I was able to get quick answers from the host through the app. They provide everything that is needed for kitchen, all the supplies you need. There is an added ice machine beyond the refrigerator which is great to fill ice chests for the beach. The backyard pool is very small but my daughter and i still enjoyed it. It is more of a lounge pool than for swimming. The only negative I would include is that this unit is on the very end and is behind one of the restaurants, so the fence backs up to an outdoor area which can be loud. We had kids bothering us while we were in the pool. There were also very rowdy college kids in another unit which caused problems, but this was no fault to the owner. We were able to reach the property manager who acted quickly and solved our parking issues. This is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is a bit noisy, so if you are looking for calm and quiet this might not be the best place for you. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Still a 5 star property!! We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.
