Tide & Tannins is a 3 Bedroom townhouse located south of 30A in Prominence, Watersound, FL (a neighborhood nestled right next to The Big Chill) - which is between Seaside & Alys Beach.

All linens, mattress pads & protectors, pillow protectors, quilts and shams are washed between each guest checkin.

There are 2 resort style pools with private cabanas, one with outdoor grill and fire pit. We offer a street legal 6 seater golf cart (Cart has 6 seat belts all guests must wear- sheriff is becoming very strict violations are guests responsibility, carts allowed on 30A only excluding Alys Beach & Rosemary) and bikes for our guests to use which will be fun to go up and down 30A, the beaches and neighborhood. A few steps from the townhouse and you are at THE HUB/THE BIG CHILL a fun place for the entire family…food, games, live music, shops and more.

***Golf Cart included in rental with signed golf cart agreement, valid DL & current car insurance card.

After a day of sun & surf relax at Tide & Tannins! Our goal is to provide a high end relaxing retreat. The Living Dining open concept allows meals to be prepared in the gourmet kitchen while friends and family relax in front of the 70” television, play games, or curl up with a book

You can comfortably sleep 10 guests MAX. With comfort being the main object all mattresses are top quality Serta. There are three bedrooms: Master Bedroom - King, Guest - King, & Triple Queen Bunk Room. The bunks are by Adult Bunk Beds - each platform holds up to 1,000 pounds. All Bedrooms have TV’s.

Master bedroom is complete with ensuite master bath with a fabulous walk-in shower. Guest and bunk room share the hall bath with tub/shower combo.
