Perfect for families or groups, this home features three ensuite bedrooms, two kitchens, and expansive living areas with vaulted ceilings. POOL/SPA NOTES:
1 hour of spa (hot tub) heating up to 100 degrees per night booked is included. Additional heating hours can be added for $20/hr. Host manages pool and spa remotely and will work with guest prior to arrival to set up heating schedule.
Pool is open year around, but heating is not currently available. Feel free to use as a cold plunge in cooler months if your doctor approves!
CAMERA DISCLOSURE
In order to ensure the safety and security of the property and our guests, there are outdoor cameras on the property:
- Front patio (doorbell camera and mounted security camera)
- Power pole next to separate unit #592 (facing house)
- Shed mounted facing back of house (distant pool view)
- Back patio camera on North side of lower area (facing pool and hot tub)
- Back patio camera on South side of upper area (facing back patio and pool and hot tub below)
- Garage camera (area not accessible to guests)
Purpose of cameras is to allow host to monitor the large property when unoccupied and determine proper functioning of pool equipment remotely (water levels, water color, etc.) If guests or prospective guests have any concerns about cameras, feel free to inquire with host.
OTHER NOTES:
Unit 592 is a separate small house located on the same property. It is separately occupied (by a couple renting long-term) and is inaccessible to guests booking this property. It has a dedicated parking space, a small yard with a privacy fence, and none of the amenities on the listing are shared with the tenants.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights
Ensure all trash is inside receptacles. Placing trash in outside bin labeled "Deer Valley" (by street) is not required but is appreciated.
Lock all exterior doors from the inside except for the front door. After everyone is out, press the "Ultraloq" button the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We wanted some land while also being an easy drive away from great places to eat, drink and otherwise be merry. Chattanooga has a great downtown and is easy hop over to. Also so much great hiking, biking, climbing, etc. in the area.
