If you’re looking for somewhere to stay with a large group. This is your place it has plenty of rooms. The host is great communication skills.

Overall, we had a good stay and the property itself matched the listing very well. The home looked like the photos provided, the layout was accurate, and the location was excellent and convenient. The property manager was also very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay.The biggest issue we experienced was with the check-in process. We had difficulty gaining access to the property upon arrival and were unable to get inside for about an hour. Since we arrived at night, we unfortunately had to wait outside in the dark. However, once the host was made aware of the issue, she responded quickly and resolved the problem immediately, which we appreciated.Cleanliness was acceptable overall but did not quite meet a full 5-star standard in our opinion. We found food left in the microwave from previous guests, food wrappers in the sofa cushions, and Vaseline along with additional wrappers behind the bedside tables. The master bathroom toilet also had visible urine stains on the front that appeared not to have been wiped down prior to our arrival.Despite those concerns, the property itself was very nice, accurately represented, and in a great location. With a little more attention to cleaning and a smoother check-in process, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Double booked- Zero Communication

My family of 6 was booked for months at this VRBO residence, for my sons baseball tournament. I had tried multiple times, ways, to reach the property owner and VRBO to see how the check in process works. VRBO workers were able to reach the owner ( 7hrs before my flight there) who then stated there was someone already staying at this property. I do not know how the property is in person, because they cancelled the entire stay after VRBO reps spoke to her- but heres a tip, if you can not reach your property manager , cancel your booking.
