Adam was fantastic and so accommodating for our stay. He answered questions promptly and worked with me a lot to make my get together a success. I hosted a big dinner at his property and everyone had lots of compliments on the place! Be sure to disclose to him if you’re entertaining during your stay so he can tell you how to make the most of the space.Beds are comfy, even the couch downstairs was super cozy, and I loved using the sound system for music inside and outside! I got excellent use out of the soaking tub and hanging with my fam out on the patio. My guests also appreciated the dart board outside. Surround sound in the living room was also a big bonus.I was a little bummed to see some lights were not working in the backyard which left half of it pretty dark but we made do! The pool was drained as well. The fridge was fuller than we expected but we made use of the wine fridge to make up for it. the water/ sparkling water dispenser was not working in the fridge either so I brought my own brita filter, and just beware that the upstairs shower was very very hot. But overall I loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it despite its quirks! It’s a very old home with some gorgeous charm. Adam is a superb host and excellent with communication. He even showed my mother in law around the place a day before our stay. Don’t hesitate, and book!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful, unique, comfortable, and full of character. It had such a fun Denver vibe, and the outdoor patio, soaking tub, fire pit, and sound system made it feel like the perfect place for a girls' weekend.Adam was an incredible host. He was friendly, responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond with recommendations for places to eat, bars, dancing, and things to do nearby. His suggestions made our trip even better, and we really appreciated how available he was whenever we had a question. The location was great, too. We were able to bike around, bar hop, grab food nearby, and easily get to everything we wanted to do, including Red Rocks. The house felt welcoming and easy to settle into, and check-in and checkout were simple and stress-free.We had such a good time and would absolutely stay here again. Adam's energy and hospitality really made the experience stand out. We highly recommend!
This house was beautiful! We had everything we needed and more. Adam was an amazing host who went above and beyond for us. Very communicative and even offered to return a rented scooter that we weren’t going to be able to return (instead we left at the rental and he facilitated pick up…which really helped us in a pinch)
First of all, Denver is a city with everything you need to see and do. The property had all of the amenities i could have asked for. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. To date, the city and house are the coolest I've stayed at.
A spectacular property in a wonderful Denver neighborhood
The property is stunning and in a very good location. The layout, the artwork, the amenities - they were all top-notch. We used the hot tub every day and had a spectacular time. The house is very convenient to some of the best restaurants in Denver, indeed in all of the United States. I would highly recommend this property. It will exceed your expectations.
