Great location

The property was super clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed staying there and would again. The host responded to my messages promptly when I had issues with the front door. The art in the home was lovely.

The beds were very comfortable, linens were great, towels were soft and plentiful. Smelled nice and clean, well taken care of. The outside patio and table were fabulous. It was quiet and many thoughtful extras to make it feel like home.

Such a great place with an even better location!

I totally recommend anyone wanting to stay here! Christina and her team left a basket of snacks with a very kind welcome note. The property is exactly as described, the loft is awesome, and the location is perfect for downtown access. We ate at the Shed and Geronimo, based on a book of recommended restaurants! Totally five stars all the way!!

Very clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, amenities were great! Good location. Nice yard with parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. The only complaint is that the house is not actually three bedrooms, but two rooms with a loft (which has zero privacy). The loft would be good for children, but was less than ideal for another adult. The pictures of the bedrooms are not accurate - the photo of bedroom 3 is actually just a second angle of bedroom 1, instead of showing the actual bed/loft.

Nice spot to be

We enjoyed our stay! Not walking distance… but easy access to downtown Santa Fe plaza. Parking was convenient and rooms were nice. The loft has a spiral staircase to it and no bathroom access so if you have to go to the restroom during the night, it’s a bit tricky to navigate the spiral stairs. Plenty of towels and a moderately equipped kitchen. Odors left a nice array of snacks and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.

Girl's Weekend

This home provided our group with all the comforts of home! We were greeted with a wonderful welcome basket and it was clean and well stocked throughout. We utilized many of the kitchen amenities for cooking throughout the weekend and took advantage of the wonderful patio for a sunny spring afternoon. The location is close to popular areas of town. Communication with our hosts was timely and responsive. We highly recommend this home to others.

Great home in Santa Fe

We came to Santa Fe for a quick ski trip with our kids. Dream Casa Roybal was the perfect place to stay. The home is clean and updated. Plenty of space for our family of four. We had everything we needed, plenty of towels, extra bedding, household and kitchen supplies, WiFi and toiletries. Super nice touches including coffee and a welcome basket of snacks. Christina and staff were very responsive to any questions. The location was convenient to downtown and local restaurants. We would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Santa Fe!

This is a truly lovely home in an ideal part of Santa Fe. I really found it to be thoughtfully furnished and just an amazing value. I thought the hosts did a lovely job of making it very clear that they were always available while not being intrusive. I know some people like a host who is ever present, but I really enjoy the opposite and it's a nice thing when they know how to accomodate guests accordingly; while keeping you feeling assured that they are there in the event of some imminent need. Nothing negative to say about the property or the hosts. Positive all around.
