Upon arrival, locate the lock box on your left on the garage door, which contains your garage door opener and suite key. Access the suite via the garage. At the top of the stairs, open the door and turn right to enter your home away from home. The entrance leads you into a bright, newly renovated kitchen and dining area, beautifully adorned and equipped with everything you need during your stay. The coffee/wine bar is fully stocked to kickstart your mornings or to help you unwind with a relaxing nightcap. The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, fridge, utensils, and more. Discover two inviting bedrooms, each fitted with a queen-size bed for your ultimate comfort. The suite is complete with a newly renovated bathroom featuring a stand-up shower and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Nestled in a convenient location, our charming suite is just a 12-minute walk from a variety of amenities, including Walmart, Cineplex, Ajax Downs (Ajax Casino) and an array of shopping options. Whether you're looking to browse, catch a film, or stock up on essentials, everything is within reach. For those looking to explore further, the highway is only a 5-minute drive away, offering seamless access to the wider area and its many delights.

One parking space is provided to the right of the driveway. Access to the suite is via the garage. A lock box passcode will be provided to retrieve the garage door opener and the suite key.

The check in was very smooth and the communication was very clear. The place was clean and the furnishings were of good quality. The communication with the owner was excellent! She responded rapidly and was very easy and helpful to work with. Only small thing was that the dishwasher was not working throughout the time I was there, note was on it. Having laundry at the location was very convenient! Bathroom sink was a little small but the shower was very nice with the spout options.

We were in town for a sporting event. We usually stay in a hotel when attending these events. While searching this popped up and pricing was in comparison to hotels. We found accommodations to be very clean and stocked with basic necessities. Would definitely return. I
