Location was great for us. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved having the pool area to hang for coffee and cool off on hot days. The house included everything we needed. Check in and check out was super easy and the shuttle picked us up from the airport upon arrival. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanksgiving in Key West

Property had a wonderful heated pool which was lovely since we had a chilly day. It also provides a lot of shade for when it is really hot out. The location was perfect for walking to everything we wanted to see. Rick, the manger was awesome and was there for anything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone seeking to have a holiday in Key West.

Renovations/repairs were being made to the property and neighboring properties which was nice to see. Probably would have been a little bit better if we had visited a week later to give everyone time to complete the repairs. All in all the property was good. The complimentary services Richard/Colocada provides is fabulous. Highly recommend using this company for vacation rentals. Prompt shuttle service in brand new Mercedes limo shuttles and Cadillac SUV’s is top notch.
