LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION...
Enjoy this convenient Old Town Location.  Located a block from Duval and a short walk or bike ride to everything Key West has to offer.   
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a bathroom located en suite.  The bathroom is tiled and has a large single sink vanity.  The guest bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and en suite bath as well.  Both bedrooms have closets and drawer storage.  If you're looking for additional sleep space, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper located in the living room.  

AMENITIES...
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for the group or family that chooses to dine in.  The kitchen has a dining table that seats 6 and additional counter seating so everyone can be together.  The living room is located off the kitchen and has plenty of comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV.  Travel up the stairs to where both bedrooms are located.  The bedrooms both conveniently include en suite baths with tub/shower combos.  There are TVs located in both bedrooms as well as plenty of space to store your belongings.  

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Step out the rear sliders to your private heated pool and large outdoor space.  There is a covered deck with a table that can seat 6 which makes a great area to eat, play cards or just relax with a cocktail.  If your looking to get some sun then you can lay in one of the loungers by the large private heated pool.  A propane grill is also provided and ready to grill your catch.

Our family of five found the Mango Margarita to be a great place to stay in Key West. It is located in an ideal location - a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to all that is happening in town. We found that the accommodations had all the comforts and features for our group which covered three generations. We highly recommend Mango Margarita!

Clean and spacious with everything well organized and vacation ready. But the gem of the home is the backyard. A true oasis, completely private and the perfect size. I did not want to leave. From first cup of coffee in the morning to a glass of wine in the evening it is the perfect spot to begin and end your day. Cannot wait to go back. Location was on a quiet street and walking distance to EVERYTHING!

Comfortable home, great location

We had a great spring break trip here with our two teens. The house and pool were very clean, and just as pictured. We loved the location on quiet street with an easy walk to Duval. Perfect getaway spot in Key West!

Location perfection

This house was perfect. It was close enough to the action, but far enough away to where it was quiet at night. The pool was a perfect oasis to cool off after the heat of walking around.

Escape from rigid NJ weather

Weather was picture perfect for our visit! Walkable to many attractions. Double King suites were good for the 2 couples in our group. Outside picture doesn't accurately depict the current status. Pool deck could use a powerwash and the wood deck some repair. That said, it was nice to sit outside with covered table area and some areas for sun and shade. The pool was clean and sufficiently warmed for our Feb visit.

Excellent location and home for a vacation!

Great spot just outside of the busier end of Duvall, nice private pool and covered deck for riding out the rain at times. Home was comfortable with no issues at all. Highly recommended!

Great house! Spacious!

My husband and I came down for 4 nights and had a great stay here. Plenty of room. 4-6 people could comfortably stay here. More than enough room. Pool was great! Good location too.

Lovely home in walkable location

Home is in a great location, walkable but far enough away from the noise of Duval. Nice outside area with pool and dining set. The home is very well-equipped with nicely decorated kitchen, baths and furnishings.

Great Property

We vacationed in Key West with friends. The property was wonderful. It had recently been updated with fresh paint and carpet. The decor was light and fun. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It is even better than the pictures. We were within walking distance of the Southern most Point, Hemingway House and Duvall. We loved it.

Family get a way to Key West

Brian our property mgr was very attentive, but we did not need a thing. A block off Duval street so we could walk to every place we wanted to go. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Charming Hime with thoughtful touches in magnificent location!

The stay was excellent, a beautiful home with lovely touches to make you feel comfortable. Overall I gave the highest rating, but the TV didn’t work. The manager was attentive but still took a few days to resolve the issue. Also, pool guy arrived unannounced to service the pool, I would have preferred notice. As I said it was overall perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and charm, would recommend it!

Thankful they let us store our luggage before check in and after check in so we could still enjoy the island upon arrival and while waiting ringer to the airport. House was in fair condition and really just needs the carpet replaced and tile on the floor in the kitchen repaired. The pool was such a bonus and we really enjoyed it but perhaps some landscaping can be cleaned up in the backyard because the smell of the iguana feces was strong thru the bushes which made it hard to be in that side of the pool. Obviously they are native and we understand but maybe thinning out the shrubs could help.

Disappointment off Duval

First, the PRO's: -The location is superb. Extremely close to Duval Street, but far enough away to eliminate unwanted noise. -The property manager (Michelle) is incredibly communicative, responsive and friendly. -Comfortable beds/furniture. And now for the CONS: -The price we paid for the quality of the home was extremely unwarranted. Although advertised at $xxx per night, it ended up costing over $xxxx per night with all of the cleaning fees, service fees, VRBO fees, taxes, etc. (VRBO won't allow me to post specific prices). But the actual cost ended up being 67% more! -The house is in significant disrepair. Cracked/broken floor tiles throughout, heavily stained carpet upstairs, broken window latches, etc. -The house is in serious need of a thorough cleaning. One look at the HVAC vents and you're disgusted. They were covered in a thick (1" or more) layer of dust and grime, which you will end up breathing if you use the AC at all. -The rules/regulations they ask you to follow seem outrageous considering the fees charged for cleaning. Incredibly fear-based, making you and your group afraid to do anything improperly for fear of financial consequences. You will spend your last day stripping all the beds, linens, towels, etc. and placing them in very specific locations, completely emptying the refrigerator, wiping down all kitchen counters, doing the dishes, etc. I would not recommend this home unless you have no other choice for a larger group (with unlimited funds)!
