What a great place. Very roomy for the 6 of us plus the dog. The views were beautiful and daily visits from the deer were a delight. Had everything we needed. Thank you!

Enjoyed the peace, quiet and relaxation. Our dog did quite a few third degree sniffs lol. Fishing wasn't successful, but we truly enjoyed ourselves and learned how to use Roku.

Cute and quiet!

We stayed at this property while our son was attending his first Boy Scout camp and Camp Olmsted which was about 25 min away. We had a relaxing weekend away and did some hiking on Rimrock Overlook trail in the Allegheny National forest and went to see Kinzua Dam. Both were only a short distance from the property. Much enjoyed!
The kids enjoying the dock.

Thank you so much for booking with us and taking such great care of the cottage! Our neighbor, Ernie loves to help with the scouts, so I hope you got a chance to meet him!

Quick weekend in hometown

This property was great! Unfortunately, this time of year (spring) can be very wet in that region so the water was very high and the ground very wet. That still did not hinder us from being able to enjoy every other aspect of this house. We were able to travel with both of our dogs and they enjoyed the trip just as much as we did! Emily was such a great host and made everything about the process simple and smooth. The property sits in an area thats not far from the main road, but its far enough to enjoy a nice quiet getaway by the water (if thats what you're looking for). We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage while in town to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Emily is an excellent host and the place was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and you can’t beat its location on the river.
