Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and newly finished upgrades; the home has been made to offer a modern, low-maintenance lifestyle while preserving the charming summer cottage feel. The front and back yards are beautifully landscaped, with a fenced-in area for privacy and security, ideal for families with children or pets. Unwind on the patio, outdoor seating area, or by the fire pit. Additionally, a detached shed has been transformed into a beautifully finished game room. Whether you are looking for a vacation home or winter residence, this property comes fully furnished, and includes heat pumps for both heating and cooling, as well as a new forced hot air propane furnace as a secondary heat source. Come enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer!

Additionally, the home includes central air via mini splits, WiFi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and all linens and bath towels. A beach cart is included! Bring your own beach towels & chairs please!
Small/Medium dog allowed with approval, payment of fee, and agreement of terms. Penalties will apply if a pet is brought without approval and payment.

Good Evening,First let me say that the home was welcoming and comfortable. We found this property a great fit for our needs; having everything on one floor worked perfectly for us. Comments/Thoughts:The only "down" note was an extended delay in being able to check in to the property due to the cleaning not having been completed. We were able to access the property at approximately 5:30pm. A couple of suggestions for future guests and hopefully us next year. Working appliances, the Keurig coffee maker did not work and my husband spent a bit of time researching a solution before confirming that the machine did not function. Unfortunately the defect was known prior to our arrival, but the machine had not been removed.Also, it might be helpful to alert guests that the tamper-resistant electrical outlets in the kitchen area are quite difficult to access. I am sure with increased use they will be easier to use over time.Self serving recommendation: Please consider purchasing stem martini glasses. I wasn't anticipating this particular glass type not being available (a martini is not a martini without the glass (haha); otherwise glassware was nice. Stephanie Walsh from Anchor was very responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout our stay.Thank you,Michelle and Steve
