The Pebble Ice Palace at Paradise Village at Zion in Santa Clara, UT is just 5 minutes from Snow Canyon and is the perfect place for family reunions, baseball and soccer teams, multi-family vacations and large group get-aways.
The Palace sits directly across the street from the entrance to the community pool and fitness area.
The new lazy river and splash pool is now open!
The home sleeps 22 in beds, with 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 full and 2 twin beds (part of two bunk bedrooms.)
The three master suites, with en suite bathrooms, make it nice when multiple families are coming together. The two bunk rooms are a favorite of the kids! With a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everybody.

The Pebble Ice Palace can't be beat when it comes to entertainment. It offers a large screen theater room with reclining theater seats, a game room with an 80 game arcade, foosball table, a 65" TV and a giant couch and plenty of room for large groups
The home has a total of 5 televisions each with satellite, blu-ray players, and Apple TV. It is just 100 feet from the clubhouse, gym and pool facility for easy access. Pickleball and sand volleyball courts are a short walk to the other side of the Paradise Village property and at Gubler Park which is a Santa Clara city park. The new lazy river and splash pool area is just a few hundred yards from the Gubler Park area.

Enjoy the outdoors with a natural gas BBQ and beautiful dining area. Plus the Palace has a roof observation deck with a built in, natural gas fire pit and stunning, unobstructed views! And don't forget the pebble ice machine to keep you cool, whatever you decide to do.

Family Fun at the Pebble ice palace

The pebble ice was a hit! The proximity to pools and pickle ball court was great. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each others company. They have thought of everything you would need for a stay. Ryan was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved staying here and the kids are already asking when we can go again.

Family reunion

Had a great time with our whole family, there is lots to do and so many options without ever leaving the property. Pools were fun. Very roomy, love the theater room and the games down stairs. Everything was great except the back sliding glass door is very difficult to open and close for kids and even adults.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This is a clean, roomy, beautiful home! The layout was perfect for my husband and I and our three married children, their spouses and ten children. We loved the basement with its game room, theater room and two bunk rooms for all the kids! This house had ample TV's and bathrooms for all of us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub just across the street, as well as the wonderful water park for families and kids just a few blocks away. We will definitely book this house again!

Great location for larger groups. Wish it was more clean.

Our stay was generally great. The location can’t be beat and the pools were awesome for adults and kids! Only things were the place wasn’t very clean when we arrived.. garbages and showers weren’t clean, or the back patio. Bummer that the pebble ice machine was broken and the grout in the tile was all broken apart and somewhat of a hazard as well. The communication with the landlord was great.

Really enjoyed the property

This was a great property and everything was as described in the listing. We stayed for a few days for a local sporting event and it was wonderful to have a clean, comfortable and fun place to come back to after games. We enjoyed the house and the amenities. The kids had a great time playing air hockey and the old school video games. Movies were a blast. Felt bad the fire pit on the roof deck wasn't working as it was chilly at night, but that was not expected before we arrived so would only have been a bonus! We were able to fit two vehicles in the garage and could have fit another two in the driveway if needed. It's a short drive into St George and only a couple of blocks from a big Harmon's grocery store. We will definitely consider the property in the future as we come back every year!

Owner is HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION

Great location, loved the pools, communication with the owner was a horrible experience, he allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, yet gave me the run around for about 30 min when I asked for the code. He knew I was traveling with toddlers and they were in the car fussy (waiting outside the house in 90 degree weather) waiting for the owner to release the code. Horrible start to my vacation. I will not be renting that particular house AGAIN.

Fantastic Property and Owner

This was a great rental. The owner was always responsive and easy to work with. House was great for our needs and very well equipped. Kitchen was well stocked, and there were many other accessories available like pool toys, kid-friendly items, and lots of beach towels.

Great Family Vacation Location

The home was really lovely and accommodated nicely our three married kids and grandkids. The community pools were great and enjoyed the nearby Snow Canyon. The problem we found was the theater room remote control which would not work because some had put regular batteries in the control which corroded the control terminals, so when we replaced corroded batteries with the rechargeable battery pack, it would not charge.

Perfect get away

This was a perfect location and size for our large family. It had pickle ball stuff, pool toys, and beach chairs. It was so nice to have extra things that you might have forgotten or not thought of bringing. The theater was fun for the kids and the upstairs fire pit. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Getaway

We would absolutely stay again! The location was fantastic and the property was so spacious. We had 20 people and it never felt like we were on top of each other. The deck was the common spot for morning coffee and evening beverages. When we were missing a kid, you just had to go downstairs to the foosball table, Pacman or the theater. The kitchen had anything we needed. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and as if we were at home. So many memories were made. I would highly recommend the Pebble Ice Palace for us again, as well as any of our family / friends.

Perfect place to stay.

We had the best time! Our 11 grandkids had a blast. They loved the top patio and fire pit. We did science experiments on the back patio. The hose outside worked well to clean up after. We went to both pools and had a great time there. We also took advantage of some nearby hikes that were really more walks. Worked out well for our 2 - 15 year olds. The house was very comfortable and of course the biggest hit was the pebble ice machine! Everyone wants one now. The kitchen was very well stocked we had everything we needed for food preparation. Just a wonderful way to get away and relax.

Fantastic place for multiple families to gather

We had 4 different families staying here at the same time. Between us, there were 8 adults and 14 children under the age of 12. There was enough room and things to do in the house and things to do in the complex that we hardly left Paradise Village and we had SO MUCH FUN. We hope to return again very soon!

We will be back!!

We had such a great time at this property! Super great location, right by a nice grocery store and some food establishments. The only downside is that we didn't want to leave the place while we were there! There are so many things to do in St. George, but we had it all at the house and more! The two pools are perfect for all age groups, pickle ball is a blast, there are several walking trails and paths just right there, the theater room, the games, the pebble ice, it all just makes it hard to leave! The beds were very comfortable, which is huge to me! The linens were clean and fresh! We just had a blast. Worth every penny! Thank you for making out stay so great and we ALL can't wait to come back.

Best Family Reunion Home

The home was immaculate when we arrived and there were little extra touches that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the entertainment downstairs and the pool and hot tub across the street. My favorite part was the firepit on the rooftop patio. The view was stunning!! The location of the home was close enough to Snow Canyon for some good hikes yet still close to grocery stores and restaurants. When I had a question, the owner quickly answered my call and graciously answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this home as a VRBO rental!

Pebble ice is where its at

With a big group its the little things that really make a big difference. The pebbled ice was everyones favorite! In all seriousness this house is great for large groups. With 3 master bedrooms plus 3 other bedrooms it fits everyone. The theater room was great. I felt like there was places for everyone to go so we weren't all on top of each other.

We have kids and we like to vacation with other families with kids. This house is our ultimate vacation get-away and we think you will love it.

Why they chose this property

We bought a home in Paradise Village because it is close to everything we love about St. George, and the amenities in the community cannot be beat. We love to be outdoors and Snow Canyon is just minutes by bike or car. It offers hikes for every level. We love to boat and Sand Hollow is like a little mini Lake Powell. Paradise Village has a beautiful pool area, with two large pools and huge hot tub, group eating areas and a work out facility. We love to come and relax in this home and enjoy all of the natural beauty that St. George has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This home is the ultimate in entertainment! It has a huge theater room with reclining theater seating, a family game room with an air hockey table, board games and a 80's style stand-up arcade with 80 of your retro favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug and Gallega and a foosball table. But really what we love is the floor plan. It is spacious and open. When we bring our family to St. George we don't feel cramped or stressed because of the noise. There is so much space and plenty of space for adults to relax and kids to go wild without having to hear them!
