Check in process was sent a day after our arrival. A Phone call had to be made finally 45 minutes before check-in to get the address and lock code.

Wonderful time at On Island Time on Kelleys!

Great time with family. Condo was so beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with many extras!! They truly make you feel welcome and at home. Loved everything about this place. Great location too!

The condo was great and the location could not be better with the shops and restaurants next door. There was no WiFi when we arrived so getting my email with access code was a little challenging, so plan ahead. The place had everything you could need provided in the kitchen. Nice covered patio area. Pool area was great and the grandkids loved it The only issues were the beds. Beds were packed into the rooms with no area to move around. The primary bed was against the wall so I had to roll to the end of the bed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The beds were not made when we arrived. And the sheet provided was a full size for a king mattress. So we had to lay it sideways to use and our feet were hanging out. Towels were still in the dryer. The bathrooms were nice. The mattress had a divet on each side. It needs to be replaced. Overall a good experience in a nice quiet condo. Just the bed situation was a challenge.

Clean and comfy

Unit was clean and comfortable, and the location is right downtown, short walk to all the restaurants and the marina. Only negative is the noise from the upstairs neighbors. One of the bedrooms is against the wall where the outside stairs are, so it can get noisy if people are going up and down the stairs. That said, no one was being loud at odd hours - just normal activity at normal hours. The neighborhood is very quiet overall.

Everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. Only small issue was finding the unit. The email included the address - which is the complex - but did not give us the Bldg or condo #. We called and were quickly given the rest of the information. Thanks!
