Great for families

We decided to spend NYE on Kelley’s island and chose this condo to stay in. It was very comfortable and check in and check out was very easy. Communication with the owner was great as well. The property was nice, clean and recommended for families.

Property was beautiful very clean and in a perfect location however the owner was very poor on communication and we had the hoa at pur door due to no parking pass. We also only recieved 1 pool passfor 2 guest.

Condo is beautiful. No hand towels were hung, no washcloths . No extra's like shampoo/ conditioner, salt: pepper ect. Great balcony except it was dirty. Spider webs, spider eggs,!wasp nest cob-webs and tons of dead bugs in the track of sliding doors also a dirty grill. One bath towel had blood on it. Bath rugs were dirty. If they would get a good cleaning crew & bought some convient items the condo would be a gem!

Not in October. Pool is not open in the Fall. We knew that. Condo was nice but carpet was filthy!! Doors to patio haven’t been cleaned in months. Someone is being paid to clean and they are t doing g their job. Renters pay that cleaning fee. I hope they use the money to have the carpet professionally cleaned!!Also instructions to get I. Condo were not good!My husband wanted me to take pictures of the carpet but I didn’t.

The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not access the condo we rented. The condo itself was nice. They could use spare blankets for the beds for the colder months. The hassle and 90 minutes of high blood pressure to get access into the condo from the host would prevent me from renting one of these condos again if it's the same host.
