Why they chose this property
The building newly renovated and is nestled on a dead end street. Therefore it has updated comforts with far less traffic than the main road and is quieter than similar listing with convenience to downtown and a few nice local spots near by.
What makes this property unique
The property has a few nice upgrades compared to other similar listing in the area with a walk-in tiled shower, full kitchen with backsplash, washer/dryer on site, pull out sofa sleeper, and convenience to downtown and all that Nashville has to offer within a short car ride.
