Regarding the dog hair, we do allow pets, but only when they are included in the reservation so we can plan extra cleaning time. In your case, the cleaning clearly was not done correctly, and that’s on us. I also understand your concern about the motion light and the house behind the property feeling unsettling. The light is a motion, activated security light and camera, and we are trimming the tree that was activating the sensor. About the cleaning fee refund: we have processed the refund through the booking platform, but because it’s handled by a third party, it can sometimes take more than seven days to show on your statement, depending on your bank or card.
