In the next block has bakery in the beach center 200m has supermarket, Banks, lottery house, pharmacy etc ... Guarapari Center 15 minutes walking. Meaipe 15 by car and quarry 5 minutes by car. Victoria Airport and downtown 40 minutes by car.

Imóvel em ótimas condições, pertinho da praia, comércio.. A única observação é que o ventilador de teto em um dos quartos fica muito próximo dá cama superior do beliche podendo causar algum acidente.. Sugiro trocar por ar condicionado .. Recomendo com certeza!

Apartamento muito bom, o condomínio possui localização excelente, o apartamento e arejado, amplo, confortável muito bem equipado, bem próximo a praia, além disso tudo muito limpo, a gente se sente em casa, a recepção muito simpáticos e prestativos, um dos melhores apto que conheço,voltarei em breve.
