Sorry to hear you didn’t have a perfect stay. I’ll address some items here for any future stays. Forbes hiking trail is directly across the street and there is a hidden valley hiking trail out the back door. If asked we certainly could have directed you to those. We personally like the blind on the slider. But understand if that’s not your preference. Will be looking into pans to see if time for replacement. Apologies on that. Obviously can’t do much about the location of the stairs in reference to the coffee bar. But would rather provide then not provide that amenity. Will address cleaning with the cleaning crew to make sure it’s perfect for any future stays! Washer dryer is fairly new so perhaps just a newness smell. But regardless will look into this. Ac is only thing you asked about which we promptly handed remotely for you. All other guests have found remotes to be self explanatory but always willing to adjust remotely should any guest need. Couch we get rave reviews from many guests on how comfortable this couch is. With several asking where we bought it so they could buy it for themselves. Again apologize this did not meet your expectations and hope we get another chance sometime!
