Pretty nice place, house keeping could have done a little better prior to check in but it wasn’t terrible. HOA was a joke and their wasn’t much of a beach at the time we went ( the ocean came up except about 5 foot of sand most of the time we were their) so wasn’t the best for the kids but it was a pretty nice over all stay
