Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean the grill after use. Please turn up ac to 74 in summer and 69 in winter.
Please notify host of your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Damage and incidentals. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Limit two vehicles in driveway. No garage access. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please do not check yourself in early. All early check ins must be approved by the host!! Late checkouts are subject to an additional fees.
