Fantastic stay. Very clean and within walking distance of everything. There was no shampoo/conditioner. That’s not a complaint just an FYI to pack those items. I would certainly stay here again
Beautiful historic 2 story house. We were 4 women on a girls' trip and the house was perfect! Huge kitchen and comfy living room. Master bedroom/bath on the first floor with 2 bedrooms upstairs (one of them had 2 queens). When we had a problem (our fault), the owner responded immediately. We were a few blocks from the waterfront so it was nice to be able to walk instead of having to get in the car every time we wanted to go somewhere. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
While the house is convenient to downtown, it is not suitable for seniors. The downstairs bedroom was acceptable, but the bathroom requires additional senior-friendly features, such as a grab bar beside the toilet. The vintage tub is not functional and could be replaced with a step-in shower.Furthermore, the water pressure in both bathroom showers was inadequate. The step down in the kitchen was unexpected, and there were roaches on the counter. Other than that check in was excellent.
Very comfortable and convenient home in great location!

This property was overall clean and well kept for an old historic home. The layout of the house was great and furnished nicely. The location of this house is amazing and great to access the area. The house does not provide shampoo, body wash, or conditioner. The downstairs shower has a historic chic tall tub, but if you are shorter and pregnant, old or have bad knees it is not accessible. We did also encounter numerous cockroaches throughout the house and the communication back from the host was a thumbs up.
A beautifully-appointed historic home only two blocks from old town Beaufort! A very short walk to great coffee, restaurants, and “sites of interest”. We’ll definitely be booking another stay as soon as possible!
Perfect for our “girls” weekend to celebrate Mardi Gras in Beaufort! Comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of towels and a great front porch to sip a glass of wine or enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
All was good except the need for more than one garbage container. Two containers would have made the stay better.
We would definitely consider staying again.
Great location - walking distance to everything on Front Street
Clean and comfortable. House has “good bones”. Authentic, simple decor. Loved the beach-themed “shabby chic”. Appliances like new and kitchen well stocked with utensils.
The backyard was in rough shape but the fence was sturdy enough to contain our pup, which was important. Thank you!
Upon arrival, there was another group staying at this place. I tried getting in touch with the number listed but the lady listed as "Laura" never responded to my texts or phone calls. She eventually showed up onsite and the other group had occupied our rental but they had confused the years - their date was for 2026 not 2025. Our group was very accommodating and the incorrect group agreed to pay for us to stay in another place as soon as "Laura" could find another place. Now that it is more than a week past this, she has only responded once via the VRBO app to say she is waiting for final costs and has not refunded us anything. We are not sure what she is talking about since the other group paid for us to move and stay at another location which was not nearly as nice. I have never had this happen nor have I ever had anyone not respond directly via phone or text. At this point we will have to file a claim with VRBO.
Everything was great! The kitchen was well stocked, beds very comfortable and the house was spotless! Would def stay here again and would def recommend. (The only suggestion for improvement is to have privacy curtains in master bath in addition to shutters. I’m almost 5’11 and would have been more comfortable at night if I would have been able to cover the top part of windows.). But overall wonderful stay - and the family loved being able to walk to Front Street! Thank you!

The property says pet friendly. I did not see that there were additional charges for having a pet until I contacted the manager about bringing a second dog. She said the first was 100.00 and the second would be 50.00. My fees were as much as the nightly rate. To top that we arrived at the home to find the entire front of the home blocked by heavy equipment. This wasn't just left by the city for the weekend. It was obvious that the equipment had been there for a period of time, and we should have been informed. Walking under and around the equipment was inconvenient, but my concerns was the potential danger. Access for the drive was completely blocked and a very kind neighbor, who could tell I was distraught allow me to park in front of her home for the weekend. The home was lovely, historic and in a nice neighborhood. It is in need of minor repairs throughout the house and repairs that could be done easily. The property manager should be more open and upfront. about the home and if the potential dangers and inconveniences around the home. I never had an experience like this before, but I will certainly be careful and not assume everyone is above board.
Fantastic location with walkability to all the sites and treats Beaufort offers! Large kitchen area and living area with ample room for sitting. Lovely front porch and large primary bedroom. Bedding could use some updates. Home is older so interior doors don’t latch well and the primary bath has claw foot tub that is not the best for showers. Overall great place! Exceptionally clean!
The best part of our stay here was the great location. Well within walking distance to everything on Front St. The neighborhood was very quiet, neat, and friendly!!!! The front porch was great for relaxing with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee!!! The house appeared to be clean, but we soon began to see an over abundance of palmetto bugs(HUGE), and the half bath/laundry room was inundated with small roaches that scattered when turning the light on. We were very unhappy about that situation because none of us wanted to risk taking any of those creatures home with us. We kept all food items in the refrigerator and didn’t leave bags or luggage on the floor!!! The downstairs master bath has a claw foot tub, so that was not great for taking a shower…..I can honestly say that it was the worst shower I’ve ever been in in my life. It would be very unsafe for an older person!!! Beaufort is a beautiful, friendly town with lots of great restaurants and great shopping!!!!
Great location to downtown Beaufort. Love historical district. Quiet and relaxing stay. Convenient to shopping and restaurants on Front street. Clean home. Lots of bath towels. Comfortable beds.

This is a beautiful historic home in Beaufort in a perfect location. We love to star in this little town and truly enjoy the historic neighborhood. While this house is a great size. Beds were pretty comfy and furniture was good, there were many bug issues and a lack of supplies in kitchen. We did find a couple of
