Welcome to 1404 Front Street, a beautifully appointed waterfront vacation home in the heart of historic Beaufort, North Carolina. Easy walk to town on Front Street, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of coastal charm, comfort, and unforgettable views.

Set directly on the water with a private dock, the home invites you to experience Beaufort at its best—morning coffee overlooking the sound, afternoons on the water, and evenings watching the sun set across Taylors Creek. On especially lucky days, you may even spot the wild horses roaming across the water and dolphins frolicking in the creek, a truly magical sight unique to this area.

Inside, natural light fills the various living spaces. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a cozy paneled seating area with a television—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A just a few steps away is the downstairs living room and bar framed by stunning water views and sun-filled windows, An adjacent sunroom offers cozy seating for two to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon wine as you watch the boats pass.

Upstairs is a second living room and bar for entertaining with panoramic views of Carrot Island, Shackleford Banks and the Atlantic. This house has plenty of room for guests to spread out and relax.

The spacious well-appointed kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, featuring stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a beverage cooler to keep drinks perfectly chilled. Whether preparing a family meal or hosting a casual evening in, this kitchen delivers both style and function.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests (11 max) across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom—ideal for families or groups traveling together. The primary bedroom has an antique soaking tub for a pleasant retreat.

Step outside onto the back porch, where outdoor seating provides the perfect setting for soaking in the serene waterfront atmosphere. Two chaise lounges are on the dock for sunbathers. And at sunset, gather at dock’s entertaining area, twinkle lighting illuminates the fun. With its prime location, thoughtful layout, and breathtaking views, 1404 Front Street is a standout coastal escape designed for relaxation, connection, and lasting memories.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
