Got kids? You’re covered here with cribs, boosters, scooters & bikes. Got a small dog? Our fenced back yard will do the trick. Need to stay in touch? High-speed wireless and cable is here for you.

Leave your sheets and towels at home and get ready to want for nothing!

Beaufort is a charming little historic NC town founded in 1709 which makes it the 3rd oldest in the state. Originally a Port of Entry and fishing village, Beaufort has a rich maritime history. The historic waterfront district along Taylor’s Creek offers visitors the opportunity to dine and shop while enjoying views of feral horses on Carrot Island and boats from all over the world at the Beaufort Docks. Water ferries transport visitors to nearby Cape Lookout and Shackleford Banks. There are historic and ghost tours available daily that provide a rich history of the area, and one of Blackbeard’s legendary homes is just around the corner from our vacation home! Tour the North Carolina Maritime Museum, the Beaufort Historic Site, and walk or bike the tree lined streets of the historic neighborhoods. There are fabulous restaurants by the waterfront to enjoy including annual events like the Food and Wine Weekend with winemakers and top chefs from around the world and the music festival. Whatever you decide to do, I am sure that you will find Beaufort as delightfully different as we do – and it's only 3 hours from Raleigh!

The home sleeps 12 and was built only a few years ago so has the amenities of a new home. We include bikes, a canoe, and other extras with the rental.
