Located directly on the marsh, with a fantastic deck overlooking beautiful sunsets and directly across the street from Burke's Beach in Green Harbor. Plenty of parking and walking distance to the General Store, Lobster Pound and one of the South Shore's Best Beaches! Enjoy the sandy beach access only ~50 feet from your front door! Don't deal with Cape traffic--this amazing beach is only ~30-40 mins South of Boston and is part of miles and miles of beautiful sandy Duxbury Beach. Backyard access to Kayaking in the Marsh, right out into the ocean. Green Harbor Golf club, plenty of restaurants and shopping right nearby as well. Live the beach life this summer!

Cozy Cute Beach Cabin in a Great Location

The cabin is well stocked with all you need. We loved the location. The view of the marsh is incredible. The furnishings are very cute and beachy. So convenient to the beach. Great jump off for running. Close to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay and Nick was a great host!

Can't beat the location. Right on Bay Ave, just a few steps from the beach opening. Adorable home. Small but it works. Great front porch for listening to the waves & people watching (lots of walkers, bikers, runners). The back deck is awesome. Overlooks the marsh and the sunsets are beautiful. Mornings are amazing to just chill, read, relax. The yard is the perfect size for kids (lots of rooms for games). Our kids went on paddle boards from back yard at high tide (w/ neighbor's permission). Pleney of parking. New owners, updated and likely more to come. Very accomodating. Would/will come back!

quick response from owner about the grill utensils. Nice cottage outdoor space and front porch a bonus ! Living room sofa and easy chair very hot and uncomfortable. bedrooms very nice. Town trash bags for extra trash is a necessity. And would have been helpful. more hand towels and dish towels would be helpful since there is no dishwasher. Screen on back door would help bring in the breeze and natural light. Out door shower was terrific.

Perfect location

I wanted to go away for vacation. But due to COVID, I wanted to be close to home. This house is perfect for vacation. The neighbors always said "hello" when they walked by, the lobster pound is literally a block down the road, and they will cook them for you too. This house had everything from a grill, internet, cable tv, two patios, games to play on the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, and a view of the sunset is amazing!! It was just paradise, and hope to rent next year. Nick the owner was so helpful, friendly and courteous to me and my family.

Bay Ave Paradise

Right off the bat Nick answered my call and we talked all about the place. I’m from Marshfield and my whole family is from the area. We had family and friends come over, went to the beach, rented a boat slip (easy access) ate like champs and all in all had some major quality time with the family during this COVID situation. I didn’t want to give such a great review because I really want it to be a family secret but Nick is way too nice. We’ll see ya next year (maybe the fall) who knows? Back to work.

Convenient cozy beach cottage- A rare find in Green Harbor!

This adorable cottage is right across from beautiful Green Harbor Beach with scenic marsh views in the back. Relax on the front porch or enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the back deck. Many updates and a truly relaxing vacation location. The owner was very helpful and we enjoyed everything!
