Hot tub, pet friendly, foosball, pool, arcade games, and a mountain view! This beautiful cabin includes a master suite on each level with king bed, satellite television and en-suites with Jacuzzi tubs. Property also features 2 sleeper sofas, 5 Flat Screen TV's, 5 DVD players, WIFI with limited data internet service(No streaming of music, movies, Netflix, on-line gaming, zoom meetings or similar services..data usage is monitored), outdoor hot tub, pool table, washer/dryer, gas grill and 2 seasonal gas fireplaces. Another great thing about this cabin, we welcome your dogs, but please see pet restrictions and be sure to register your pet when placing your reservation.

Indoor pool and many more activities are available at the Gatlinburg Community Center for a charge of $2.00 for adults and $1.50 for children 12 and under. Make It's a Wonderful Life part of your Smoky Mountain Tradition. You have up to 18 people in your party? No problem, Bedford Falls also features 3 king master suite bedrooms and is located right next door! Both located in the Riversong Subdivision.

● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
