Newly Renovated Luxury Retreat “All Decked Out Tree House”

Escape to refined mountain living in our air-conditioned contemporary retreat nestled in the serene pines of Arizona’s White Mountains. Featuring upscale finishes, expansive decking, and elegant interiors, this private sanctuary offers comfort and sophistication. Located in Pinetop Country Club, minutes from dining and breweries, and just 30 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort.

The large multi-level front decks have a gas fireplace while the back deck is private, secluded and very quiet. Long driveway allows for plenty of parking.

Interior space has been recently renovated with all the comforts of home including comfortable beds, starter toiletries, AC, fully stocked kitchen, TVs in all bedrooms with cable and Wi-Fi, and so much more. A reverse osmosis and water softener system has been added. All new beautiful windows and doors have been recently installed!

There is a slight incline on the driveway entrance of the property. It can be slippery when it snows. Four-wheel drive is required during winter months.

You will need to use stairs either in the front or on the side of the house (less stairs on the side entrance). Please use care when weather can be present.

The back deck has been expanded and recently renovated! Please note that there is a fire feature (natural gas) on the front deck. The back deck fire feature is not functional at this time.
