This is our first stay in a vrbo so please consider this constructive criticism. We had a great time. What a beautiful area Ruidoso is. We loved the wild horses and mule deer that would visit daily. We also saw coyotes and had a run in with a skunk so beware. The house needs a visit from a handy man and could also use a deep clean.The fan in the master bathroom is so un balanced its unusable.The tub in the center bathroom does not drain.The toilet in the third bathroom need to be secured to the floor.The swivel chair in the kitchen came apart but I think I was able to fix it. The one recliner in the living room is bent.The coffee maker was missing the brew basket. Luckily we were able to locate a few K cups and use the other coffee maker to make coffee.One of the hinge arms on the hot tub was broken making it difficult to get the cover off of the hot tub.The molding on the front door screen door is cracked from top to bottom making opening and closing the front screen door difficult.The guttering to the right of the front door is hanging off the house. It has pulled out three of the nails that secure the gutter to the house. It looks like it was previously repaired but that repair has failed. When its raining hard the water coming out of the gutter soaks you as your trying to get in the house. Several of the deck boards on the back deck are rotten making footing a bit dangerous. The carpets could use a good cleaning and the fans and walls are very dusty.

This was the perfect property for our long weekend. The house was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and spacious! We loved the decks and the hot tub. It's in a perfect area of town. Definitely recommend!
