We found this house to be very comfortable. Our dog loved the yard. We loved sitting outside. The mattress in the master is the best we’ve had. We didn’t use the other bedroom.

I had a long term stay here, about two months. Very convenient location. The duplex was very comfortable and definitely met my needs for my summer stay. Great area for walking my dog. And super close to the Y for me. Host was responsive the one time I had to contact her. All good!

Stayed here while visiting our daughter at EKU. We loved how close the property was to campus, it was a super quiet neighborhood, and the property was clean. Would love to stay here again, but it could definitely use a few new things... the pillows were flat as a pancake, the kitchen had hardly any cooking utensils, and there was only 1 small serving bowl total. Our daughter missed home cooked meals, but trying to cook here was challenging. Just a few minor adjustments and this would be a 10/10 for us.

Overall a great stay!

We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town.

Clean, modern inside. We used the garage. Host/property manager fairly difficult to communicate with. Otherwise all good!

House was clean. No ironing board or iron, had to buy our own. Booked specifically for two full baths but second bath shower head was not even plumbed to the waterline and the tub stopper was broken so the tub was useless. To bathe, three people had to share one bathroom. Not enough bath or kitchen rags, had to buy our own along with more kitchen trash bags. I get that you have to buy a few things but this was ridiculous.

We enjoyed the stay. The kitchen is very limited with utensils and cooking items. Great local location and pet friendly. Not fond of the tight location for the master bedroom toilet. Maybe consider having a different location for the toilet paper roll.

It is a very nice pet friendly property with a fenced yard. It was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We attended Eastside Community Church on Sunday, it was a wonderful place to worship. Lots to do in the area.

The property was perfect for pet owners and close to restaurants and grocery. Had everything we could have wanted. The owner was very responsive to an unforseen incident and resolved the issue almost as soon as we got in touch with them. Highly recommend this property.
