Just north of downtown this place is convenient stay for driving to downtown and the river area, Ybor or Raymond James Stadium.
The property is well maintained, the photos you see online are accurate to the condition.
It has a refined, yet relaxed lounge feel.
I'll definitely book it again the next time I'm in Tampa.
This loft is spectacular. It’s beautifully designed and the beds are comfortable. Big plus for me was there was a filtered pitcher in the fridge for filtered water. Very conveniently located close to downtown Tampa & Ybor. Rachel was easy to communicate with and was helpful any time we had questions. We will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property
Historic Tampa Heights is one of the last original Tampa establishments that has kept it authentic character. Residents are friendly and laid back.
What makes this property unique
Recently Renovated 1900's Feedstore in Historic Tampa Heights. This is my personal residence which I share when I am not in town. It's eclectic, moody, and a great place for peace and healing. The building definitely has an urban vibe and I like that I can walk down to Lee's Grocery (Pizza shop) one of the oldest establishments in Tampa. Easy access to Armature Works, Downtown Tampa, and Ybor City.
