The pictures of the inside of the house are accurate. The kitchen is minimally stocked with dishes/glasses/cups. The bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds. It is located on a busy street that is quite loud at night and early morning. The location was good and central to the places we needed to be. Host was very responsive with questions.
House is small. It is in between 2 businesses. We were not in it much. We were food vendors at the Cincy Open. Had multiple female workers stay in it through the event. The house only has one full bath so The male workers stayed in a hotel. Not a place to stay if you are going to be in the house much.

This was a great place to stay for our visit with family. Walking distance to coffee/downtown Mariemont shops.

A charming home is perfect for families. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, shops and Bee’s Bbq. The home was clean and comfortable. The parking area in the back of the house could be secured by a gate. Great value and affordable. Love the front porch area.
The downstairs is open, clean and filled with original features. The upstairs has two small bedrooms, one larger bedroom and full bath. The house has charm and squeaky floors throughout. The price was fair, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Surprisingly quiet, very close to coffee shop and Mariemont Square ,Graters Ice cream shop and movie theater, all nice. Parking was funky in the back but secure, no backyard, close to US50, great for families, even my daughter liked it!
My friends and I loved staying at this charming little home. We felt very safe in the area. There’s even a lovely coffee and breakfast place basically right next door. We drove in to downtown Cincinnati but this place would have been great even if you didn’t do that. There was a dive bar within walking distance, and many parks very close by. The beds were super soft and it was so nice to have parking in the driveway. We would stay here again.
Overall stay was wonderful! Might want to consider blackout curtains in the bedrooms due to surrounding businesses lights, they shine into windows all night. Otherwise it was wonderful
The home was very neat, clean and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed, from bed linens, dishes, pots and pans, extra towels and blankets to toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and detergents. The location was great with lots to do within walking distance in the adorable village of Mariemont. It’s also conveniently located near surrounding greater Cincinnati area attractions. The only drawback we noticed was that there was limited counter space in the kitchen, the living room furniture was not the most comfortable, and there was a LOT of light coming in through the windows all night long from street lights and neighboring businesses which stay lit up at night. We recommend that the owners invest in some blackout curtains for the three upstairs bedrooms. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and the communication with hosts was perfectly adequate.

This place was absolutely charming! My daughter chose it for her bridal party to get ready, as it was conveniently just 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We stayed the night before, which allowed us to start the wedding day early with hair, makeup, and a relaxing breakfast with mimosas on the front porch. After the wedding, she and her husband stayed the night as well.
Highly recommend this beautiful and cozy space!

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience for me. It is an old house sitting amongst commercial property. There is an old service station next-door that I don’t think was even in operation. The rooms were very exposed, and I was staying by myself so I found somewhere else to stay. I had booked 7 nights and didn’t stay tat the home at all. I requested a partial refund but was declined. I tried again to get even just 2 of the 7 nights refunded but was declined again. They did refund the cleaning fee since the place was untouched.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the home wasn’t the right fit for your stay.
We did want to clarify that there were no issues affecting the functionality or safety of the property during your visit. Some of the concerns mentioned are related to normal wear and tear that comes with an older home. We also experienced strong winds in the area prior your check in, which likely caused the outdoor furniture on the front porch to be blown over and may have affected how things looked upon arrival.
The home is located in a mixed-use area, and while many guests appreciate the convenience and access, we understand that preferences vary and not every setting will feel right for everyone. We’re sorry you didn’t feel comfortable enough to stay after check-in.
We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Our goal is always to be as transparent as possible in our listing photos and description so guests have a clear understanding of the home and what to expect before booking.
We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for Spring Break. The house was just as described. Great location, in a safe neighborhood. We never felt unsafe during our trip. The house was well kept, very clean. Communication was great and they even came to replace batteries in the keyless entry on one door, even though we still had the option of using the other door. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay there if we’re back in the area!
