The house was exactly what we needed for our family. The pool table was a hit for the kids but the ceiling isn't insulated so we could hear them upstairs if they were very loud. The description on the property is hard to understand online but there are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor with the king master. There is a bedroom downstairs with 2 queens and then one with a full bed. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is very good at communicating quickly with any questions. 20 mins to the Ark encounter and about 20- 30 to the city!

Great location for visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The pool was larger than I expected, and the perfect depth for our 8 year old and 11 year old (I estimate 4 feet deep).Everyone enjoyed the game room with the pool table and ping pong table top which fit onto the pool table.

We had a fantastic time! Matt was wonderful at answering all our questions and concerns with kindness and patience. We had a small maintenance issue and they had someone come out immediately. Would absolutely recommend! The house was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless and beds were super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and stores. Weather was too cold for the pool but it hadn't been set up for swimming anyway so it all worked out. Thank you for hosting our 1st family vacation!!

The home was Filthy, furnishings were worn and/or broken, couch upstairs didn’t connect and connections stuck out, dining room chairs broken, the home needs a full paint job gross walls and floorboards, pool was green upon arrival spent much time texting trying to get service, air conditioner shut off and service man came to fix and fix fireplace tile molding that was missing, no curtain for curtain rods, no hot water downstairs bathroom repair man fixed as the put on backwards shower handle, he also had to fix basement tv as it wasn’t working, the master bathroom towel bar fell apart, Towels and washcloths worn. Let’s just say a real lemon - disappointed as I had planned a nice vaca for my family.

Great communication when issues came up with the coffee pot, pool, and dishwasher draining leak.Couch in main living room was super low to the floor and very difficult for my elderly mom to get up from. Heck, all of us struggled. Cleaning wasn't top notch, but pretty good. The floor around the oven drawer pull out was filthy and gross, there was shredded cheese stuck to the wall behind the kitchen trash can, and the white painted mop boards throughout were showing dirt or fuzz. Floors were clean, and bathrooms and bedding were clean, however. It was nice, and communication was good. I just wish there had been a few nicer upgrades for the price that we paid. Definitely a nicer/sturdier couch and a coffee pot that only worked on the single cup lowest setting.

Check in process a little cumbersome and first time I’ve had to use an automated system to capture a picture of my ID. But other than that, everything was great! House is as advertised and well stocked. Check out process was very easy and host checked in on us a couple of times to make sure things were going well.

Checking in was a little confusing. We didn’t get a code 10 hours ahead or instructions on how to check in until we arrived. The house smelled clean & had ample bedrooms for our family. But the coffee pot didn’t work correctly & we had to go buy one. The dishwasher only worked a couple of times. There were no oven mitts & not enough dish rags/towels. 2 kitchen chairs had loose backs. The pool was nice but the gate was difficult to close. The “game” room had broken/missing things. Some of the towels were dirty. It was in a quiet neighborhood & close to the Ark & Creation Museum. Just needs some attention before the next guests.

Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious home, quiet neighborhood, pool, and convenient location. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. For security purposes, each stay has a unique door code that is sent 10 hours prior to check-in. This helps ensure the home remains secure between stays, while still providing guests with their access information in advance. We’ll also continue working to make the check-in instructions as clear and easy to find as possible. We’ve shared your other concerns with our team so the maintenance issues, kitchen items, towels, and game room can be addressed and checked for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve!
