Great location for visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The pool was larger than I expected, and the perfect depth for our 8 year old and 11 year old (I estimate 4 feet deep).Everyone enjoyed the game room with the pool table and ping pong table top which fit onto the pool table.

Thank you so much! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, pool, and game room, and that your family had a great stay. We’d love to host you again anytime!
The property is in a nice, central location to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. We had a party of 5 adults, and the layout of the house was wonderful to accommodate gathering and privacy. The house is well-maintained and very clean, and Matt was a great host!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really happy to hear the home worked well for your group.
We truly appreciate your kind words about Matt and are glad you found the home clean and well maintained. We’d love to host you again anytime!
We had a fantastic time! Matt was wonderful at answering all our questions and concerns with kindness and patience. We had a small maintenance issue and they had someone come out immediately. Would absolutely recommend! The house was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless and beds were super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and stores. Weather was too cold for the pool but it hadn't been set up for swimming anyway so it all worked out. Thank you for hosting our 1st family vacation!!

Thank you so much! We’re really happy to hear you had a fantastic time and that Matt was able to support you throughout your stay. It’s great to know the home felt clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and that any maintenance concern was handled quickly for you. We’d love to host you again anytime!
We greatly enjoyed our stay. House was great for our family. The pool was closed for the fall/winter season. Really quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms were on the ground level and two bedrooms were downstairs. Great dining room and living room.
The house was very nice, it was clean, in a great location and fit our family needs perfectly. The host was very easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly. The location was a great spot between Cincinnati and the ark, I would definitely stay there again!
Check in process a little cumbersome and first time I’ve had to use an automated system to capture a picture of my ID. But other than that, everything was great! House is as advertised and well stocked. Check out process was very easy and host checked in on us a couple of times to make sure things were going well.

Property was nice but worn. Beds were comfy. Proximity to Cincinnati was nice.
Lots of room in the house, pool was crystal clear. Close to amenities.A few things needed some work and entire house could use some tlc for minor things like toilet paper holder in master was missing, fridge filter needs replaced, coffee maker not working. Also could use a deep clean, fan blades dusty, bottom of fridge need some love. Ants in the kitchen.
We had an issue with the complicated coffee maker that kept giving us error messages. We communicated with Matt several times and he responded promptly and offered suggestions. We were able to fix it somewhat but it kept having issues. I’d say the over all stay was excellent except for the ongoing coffee machine issues.
The house was very clean and having all the toiletries supplied was a huge plus. The beds are not made for tall people though. Very low to the floor and so is the sofa. The sofa definitely needs to be replaced because it sinks down when you sit on it. Kitchen could use a couple extra pots and pans and a larger skillet. The neighbors were all very friendly with us! Great location for a quiet stay.
This was a family vacation and we enjoyed staying at the house. It was clean the pool was very clean. I’m a senior citizen and I have back problems so I could not sit on any of the couches which were very low. Also, in the three bathrooms, there was only one hand towel. It would’ve been nice to have additional towels. Other than that, it was a great stay. I communicated with the owners and they were very cooperative and I would recommend the house for a family vacation.
The house is very large and in a good, quiet neighborhood. The pool was in good shape. It did need some cleaning while we were there. The kitchen needed a few more cooking utensils but overall was fine. The oven needed cleaning. When we cooked in it you could smell the leftover drippings.
We were 3 couples, 2 kids and two teens visiting the ark encounter and creation museum. Centrally located, nice neighborhood, very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and a space for everyone. There were missing some supplies that could have been helpful for our group size, like garbage bags, extra toilet paper, laundry soap, tissues etc.. There was a dollar general close by to pick up some stuff. It could have been a little cleaner in some areas including the pool but overall it worked very well for us. Peaceful and comfortable stay. We recommend it.
Would have been 5-stars if cleaned before we arrived
The property is great - as is the location. Upon arrival though, we noticed several things out of sort. About a half cup of dry rice in the lower cabinets, soy sauce throughout the utensil drawer, and the utensils in the drawer had food stuck to them. Im giving 4 stars because the property manager was very responsive and offered to correct it quickly. We decided to do a quick tidy up and take care of the inconvenience. The neighbors are wonderful and the location is great if you have a family.
