The home features coastal-modern decor, an open layout, a fire pit and outdoor Blackstone grill and griddle for cooking breakfast while watching the sunrise over the marsh. Very quiet neighborhood with southern charm.

4th of July and Dance Comp Getaway

Our family of five really enjoyed staying here. Our boys could not stay out of the pool. It was nice and warm, and our toddler enjoyed the sun shelf a lot. The backyard view is beautiful. My favorite part of our trip was drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Any issues we encountered, the owner was quick to respond and help. Thank you for everything!

This house was lovely! Way more space and comfort for a family than a hotel. The host Kim is so kind and communicative. Her kitchen was stocked well and lunches in or grilling dinner after a day at the beach was so easy. The pool (while not huge) was still a great perk to sit in for morning coffee or entertain kids. Having your own washer and dryer means you can pack light. Each bedroom has TVs, so you aren’t stuck watching kids shows! Kim provides plenty of shower towels, kitchen essentials, a blackstone grill—if coming to the Charleston area, definitely check this one out!
