Well located near Uptown Waterloo and Waterloo Park in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with ample parking and mature trees and minutes from a walking path. We had a late flight and our host let us stay after check-out to store our bags and have somewhere to rest. The house is large and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. The basement is essentially an entire suite of its own and is newly renovated.

Amazing accommodation

Just four women on weekend away to St. Jacob’s market. Great location, exactly as described and great communication with host. Couldn’t ask for more.

Union House is fantastic. The host, Chris is very responsive to questions, the house was cosy, clean, well appointed and very well situated for the needs of our family stay. This was our first family trip back to KW after selling the childhood home and we were looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting extended family. We look forward to staying at Union House again for our next reunion!

We loved our experience at this home! Cozy, clean and spacious! Close to downtown - 15 minute walk. Really great basement level with a bar. And the back deck was a plus! We will be back!

Very comfortable

We were in town for a family wedding so us siblings stayed together. Beds are so comfortable and coffee supplied, thank goodness. Chris was very Accommodating and answered out question quickly. We did knock off a bit for location, the house is on a bit of a busy street and a bit hard pulling out of the driveway.

Family wedding

My family and I had a fantastic stay in this house more than enough room for 6 adults and 3 kids. So many extras were provided and everything was very clean and organized. Our only complaint was the back deck needed a good cleaning but totally understand summer has just started and i’m sure it’s on the list of things to do. Highly recommend this house and Chris was an amazing Host. Thank you from all of us.
