Great Cabin with enough space for our large party. The rooms were very clean and had bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies to get us started. Check in and check out processes were super easy. we loved our stay and will definitely be back.
Lovely cabin overall but definitely some room for improvements. I would consider booking again. Based off the rooms and beds this would be ideal for 10 adults, 4 teenagers, and 6 small kids.Pros: Location is great as its within a few miles from activities, parks, and shopping (leisure and grocery).Spacious common areas, and bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for large groups. Plenty of Smart TV's, and game roomKid friendly. Con:Small kitchen for a cabin that sleeps over 22. Made Thanksgiving preparations a challenge. Table only set for 10 people. We had to spread out to eat and hold plates on our laps.Dinning chairs need tighten up. Need larger trash bin/dumpster!! When you are staying more than 3 days and have 20 guest, trash can fills fast. Because we only had the 2 bins (not big at all) I was forced to leave bags of trash in the kitchen and "risk" being charged for "excessive" trash. Or ask for next day trash removal for a fee.Water pressure was inconsistent from bathroom to bathroom.4th floor room needs curtains on the windows for privacy as neighboring cabin can look into the 4th floor rooms witn ease AND needs a stronger ceilings fan and ventilation as it was always hot.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing our cabin for your Thanksgiving stay. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, kid-friendly setup, and convenient location close to activities, parks, and shopping.
We do want to clarify a few points for future guests:
Our cabin is exactly as advertised, with all room sizes, bed counts, kitchen layout, dining capacity, and amenities clearly shown in photos and descriptions. We encourage guests to review these details when planning so expectations align with what is actually provided. While we understand every group may have different preferences or imagined setups, we can only offer what is shown in the listing.
Regarding your notes:
• Trash capacity & overage costs: All vacation rentals in this area use standard-sized bins provided per local regulations and waste companies. Hosts do not “downsize bins” to charge fees — these are mandated sizes. Trash-overage charges are industry-standard everywhere, as management cannot reasonably absorb unlimited waste-removal costs if guests are not mindful throughout their stay.
• The kitchen, dining table size, and other interior setups are exactly as displayed in the listing.
• Water pressure can vary slightly across multi-level mountain cabins but remains within normal operating ranges.
• We will review your note regarding privacy and ventilation in the 4th-floor room as we continue our ongoing improvements.
We appreciate your constructive comments and are happy to know you would consider booking again. We’d be glad to host you in the future.
Good place with lots of room. Furniture is older and well worn. There are different rooms that could use a refresh (flooring, paneling, etc). Very evident this place is meant to keep the renters churning. Overall pretty good, with large spaces and rooms, but not overly great. Host was prompt, with communication.

Pool location was not clear, you could not walk to it, not easy to access. Rooms
Overall, we had a great stay! The house is beautiful. Lots of room for everyone. It was expensive but that’s what it took to get a bedroom for everyone. It was nice for everyone to have their own space. And then all come together in the basement for games at night. The only issue would be the lack of insulation between floors. You can hear everyone walking everywhere! With younger kids running through the house all the time, it could be noisy! But we wanted a cabin for everyone to be together. So I loved every minute! Also, we arrived in town early, so they were kind enough to let us check in two hours early at no charge. That helped a lot!We took two small pets. And had no issues. It’s not a lot of yard outside, but enough grass across the street to make it work.It was nice to have access to a pool. It was not close enough to walk, but we made a couple of trips for the kids.
