Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 2 guests, $25 per person, per night.

It was a cozy place and close to our son in Palo Alto. The host, however, had a very strict visiting policy that was unwelcoming. It is a small space, but we wanted just a few people to visit (NOT stay).

Mostly great. Great location. The only thing is that we did not realized property had no A/C and a couple of nights it was too hot. Fan helped, but not as comfortable.

Cute tiny accomodations

This unit was very quiet despite it's closeness to the downtown area and the university. Very easy to walk to get coffee or food. The street parking is fine. There was some confusion with the listing, part of it said we could add a guest for one night for 25 but when we asked the property manager they said no. Lesson learned to select a different vrbo which will allow 3 guests. Overall a very nice unit while visiting Stanford for Family Weekend.

Vrbo’s identification uploads were not visible by management firm had to be done again, Wi-Fi password was wrong in the checkin instructions.Ongoing plumbing issue was dealt by management company poorly.Nice property, management team wasn’t on their A Game. Stayed in Vrbo full houses that my wife has rented much less hassle with overall process.

Cold studio, no insulation

Poor bathroom, poor electrics which cut out due to inefficient circuit breakers. We were not advised in advance of this.This made studio very cold. Took 24 hours to get fixed.Very litte crockery, or glasses.

The unit is fine. The management company is inexperienced, sign in process is very cumbersome and the uploaded documents failed each time to be received, had to be texted separately each time. The Wi-Fi password did not work at my initial stay and when I stayed a second time in the space the same Wi-Fi error still exists in their welcome package. I have used my wife’s Vrbo account to stay in several other places so much easier than this management company. I had plumbing issue the first I stayed on a weekend and management company was frustrating to deal with to resolve. The overall experience was disappointing for what is a very nice comfortable space. Less disingenuous apologies and more action goes a long way with clients.

The accommodations andthe way I was treated before I checked in made me feel like as a guest I was an afterthought rather than main event if the owners had just put 150-200 at most into tmaking the cups match or a little gift basket That would’ve set a completely different tone but instead when I walked in there was a mop and bucket in the in what was a very tiny bathroom and I was sneezing and it was irritating me because I could smell like the dust and stuff coming off that I also felt that you know just the way it was furnished you could’ve put up some things that just made it look nicer but the thing that like was just mind-boggling to me was that we had explained that I’m coming to meet my daughter and her boyfriend and it was very important that I could have them over to the place and I was told I couldn’t have two guests sitting in there I mean I’m a grandma come on it’s not like I’m a party animal and that’s just like and then explaining not to leave my make-up on the towels and all of that kind of I’m not 10 years old. I’m an adult and that was very offensive to me. There’s no place I’ve ever stayed in. That’s ever had such a laundry list of things to doand also like when you go down the walk to come in you know it’s kind of like I’m paying quite a bit per night to stay there and there were old pots and pans when you walk in it just was like and then I have physical issues and there was a list of things to do when I left it’s not like I was paying 80 a night th…

We completed all our pre check in material at the time of booking however we were contacted on check in day to provide clarification. This was extremely inconvenient as we were traveling. We were supposed to be given check in information by 2 pm however it was not provided until 3:30pm. When we arrived at property shortly after 4 pm ( check in time). It had not been cleaned We had to inform manager of this. - apparently they don’t keep track of what has been cleaned. Location of property was great. Accommodations were pretty basic but fine. The difficulty at check in soured the entire stay for us.
