Clean apartment good location to the ark encounter. The bed in the back bedroom needs new mattress, uneven the bed frame may broken.the towel rack in the bathroom also needs to be replaced kept falling of the wall. Other than that it was a nice stay.
Nice place, close to the Ark Encounter only about a mile away
Stayed in March, was still chilly out..... property is in an area being revitalized......super close to everything.....was very clean......outside could use a little sprucing up......but overall was a nice place and was very close to everything. Would definitely stay again
The property was awesome. It was a little different than I expected. I didn't realize that there was apartments above us too. All was good though and our stay was close to where we wanted to visit. Thank you!
We loved this little two bedroom apartment. It was easy to find, and very close to the Ark Encounter. The property manager was available and responded very quickly to a few minor things that came up. I would highly recommend this and will stay there again the next time we are in the area.
Property as described. It was an ok stay for the price. We checked in ok and property management was quick to respond with any issues we had. We decided to stay here because of how close it was to the Ark Encounter because when you are done at the Ark, you are tired. When we got into town, we were hungry and there wasn’t anything open on a Sunday at 5pm so we drove to dollar General and picked up some snacks to eat. In the morning, you have to drive to get breakfast so keep that in mind. Beds were comfortable, we didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee. If you are in town to see the Ark, this is as close as you can get. Don’t forget to check out the Creation museum which is 45 minutes north as well.

The property overall was nice. It was very smokey, stale smoke! Accommodations were very nice and clean, but the stench from smoke was EVERYWHERE! Also we were traveling with a 94 year old, which made it very challenging to go up and down the steep sidewalk to get to our Accommodations. We will not go back there again or recommend this property because of the smoking and the steep incine of the sidewalks.

The location was great along with the ease of check in and check out! We also had a good experience with communication with the lender. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to give a good review due to the property smelling deeply of cigarette smoke. This caused us to stay only one of the two nights booked to avoid headaches from the smell embedded in the linens & throughout the property. We also had a family with many children staying in the property on the top level on the building that were very noisy. There seemed to be no sound barrier from top to bottom level and the noise was consistent throughout the night and late into the evening.
It was HOT! but what a great trip to see the Ark and Creation museum. Even rented a pontoon on the Williamstown lake. Loved our little apartment. Had everything we needed!~ Thank You!
The place is nice but is on 2nd floor we had to walk down steep ramp with no hand rails. Also, we had neighbors upstairs that were very loud until 10pm for 2 evenings. The walls literally shook at times.
Place was clean and nice. The bed in one bed room was horrible. High in middle and low on both sides. Very noisy, could hear every foot step from room up above us.Need more noise barrier between upper and lower units.I would not rent lower units again.
The apartment we stayed in was great except for a few minor things and one major thing. For the minor, dirty towels were left in the washer, towel rack by the sink was falling out of the wall. For the major the whole apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. Thankfully there was some Febreeze that we could spray but it didn't take the smell away.
Another minor detail is if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay this may not be your place. The walls and floors are paper thin and we could hear everything the upstairs guests were doing from showering to walking across the floor which they did non-stop.
Other than these things, the trip was great. We loved how close the Ark was. We had to drive out of our way for most things but not a big deal.
The condo wax well supplied with everything needed. Close to the Ark Experience and Walmart. We would choose this location again

If you want a quiet stay, read all reviews!
The apartment was very clean, almost sterile - not a very warm atmosphere. A well-stocked kitchen as far as equipment, but not much else. 4 keurig cups for 2 people staying 2 nights. As for sleeping, there was nothing in the listing about one of the beds being cheap memory foam - very uncomfortable, sinking in immediately, making it difficult to roll over. Very loud residents upstairs with little to no sound insulation - we heard very step taken and 12:30 am returning to their apt. Long, steep ramp from parking to front door - thankfully not slippery when there was frost! When we had trouble getting the door open, they responded quickly via text - I'm confident they would have helped, but we finally realized that we had to pull back on the door before the lock disengaged. Had I read about the noise issue, I would not have booked the lower apartment.
