Quiet location. Very cozy house. Had everything we needed for the week we stayed. Owner was very responsive when we reached out. Would definitely stay again
Amazing location, super quiet neighborhood, lovely space to relax & enjoy Redding. Especially enjoyed the window nook & the sweet humming bird nesting at the front porch. Very responsive owner, and easy check in with keypad entry. Beware extremely narrow driveway- full size pick up truck did not fair well. Regular size car probably ok - just go straight up— no turn-in.The Tub faucets are a bit of a puzzle with no definite on/off — they keep going round and round. You figure it out eventually. There is laundry facility but bring your own detergent. Same with coffee/creamer/sweetener. Or better yet, walk around the corner to Old Shasta Coffee (highly recommend).
This is a lovely stay. The house is so comfortable but the drive way is not. So narrow but doable in a typical vehicle. Surprised there wasnt a bow dryer or soap, shampoo or conditioner but i was prepared. The heating/cooling vent needs work so it doesnt squeek but overall the home is perfect. Comfortable, warm and beautiful. I'd stay here again.
