Perfect place & great location!

This was the perfect place for four friends to spend a weekend! Very clean apartment with a comfy living room and stocked kitchen. We loved the number of beds and dedicated parking spaces! Easy walk to downtown Winooski and short drive to Burlington. Would come back again!

Great stay

Bedroom and bathroom linens were awesome. Very clean. Nicely renovated. We had snow while we were there and the walks/steps were shoveled promptly for us. We brought our dog along and I walked her in the neighborhood - there were others out walking dogs as well - neighborhood felt safe.

I had a hard time rating this place as we elected to not stay. We didn't feel safe. This is in a visibly rough area of town; we saw people walking in the street in their robes, garbage strewn about, and general decay. The exterior of this building blends in with the rest of the neighborhood. The screen door was broken with old sticker residue on the glass, building is overdue for maintenance (flaking paint, etc), and weeds for the yard. I now realize why there are limited pictures for the exterior on the listing. (Our lesson learned). I did contact the host before our visit for a recommendation for an activity and never responded. When we decided not to stay, I let them know and they didn't respond until I notified them yet again. I do feel the fee for this VRBO is very high for what they provide. The interior is very stark/minimalist compared to other VRBOs we have stayed.We have been with VRBO for 12 years and have never experienced something like this; especially noting the prior good reviews.
