Your cozy North Carolina getaway welcomes you to your meticulously renovated park model tiny home in Flat Rock, offering 2 bedrooms plus a loft and 1 full bath. The main bedroom features a king bed, while the back bedroom and loft each have a queen. The living room’s sofa with chaise also converts to a queen bed for extra guests. The spa-like bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a gas tankless hot water system for endless hot water. In the custom kitchen, you’ll find a double-bowl farm sink, commercial-style gas range, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a Keurig, toaster, and KitchenAid mixer. Outdoors, enjoy the 40' deck with both open and covered seating areas. The covered space offers seating for four and a 50" TV. A Charbroil grill provides a traditional grilling section, flat-top surface, and pizza stone. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and three smart TVs. This retreat is ideal for relaxing yet close to everything Flat Rock, Hendersonville, Asheville, and Downtown Greenville have to offer—whether it’s wineries like Marked Tree, shows at the acclaimed Flat Rock Playhouse, or outdoor adventures like The Gorge Zipline and Chimney Rock National Park or numerous art galleries in the surrounding area. Inside the gated community, enjoy access to two swimming pools, a fitness center, yoga studio, bocce ball court, fire pit, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
