Enjoy the (seasonal) heated pool, outdoor play area, and fire pit, followed by a luxurious bubble bath in the jetted tub. Walk, bike, or ride to the beach lake access point or rent a boat at Kings River Marina (10 min drive). Explore more of the area by taking a day trip to Dogwood Canyon (20 min), Eureka Springs (30 min), Roaring River (30 min), Silver Dollar City (45 min), Branson (55 min), and more.

The Den is the perfect space for gathering, with a spot for everyone. Located on the quiet side of Table Rock Lake, with convenient access to Branson, Silver Dollar City, Eureka Springs, and Roaring River.

Enjoy all new ergonomic furnishings, memory foam mattresses, large jetted spa tub, stainless steel appliances, connected kitchen/ dining/ living room, upstairs suite with kids playroom, covered deck, private heated pool, outdoor fire pit with a play area with swings for all ages.

Guest access:

You will have full access of the property with the exception of one small cleaning/ supply closet on each level, the attic, and the garage.


Other things to note:

You can expect to find dishes, silverware, drink ware, kitchen towels, bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and pool towels for your use during your stay. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bath and hand soap, conditioner, lotion, bath salts, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent. We also provide starter firewood for the fire pit. Starlink internet and streaming services included on the large flat panel TVs on the Main and Upper level.
