The Dolce House is spacious and accommodated our group of 7 adults and one child very nicely. This is easily the nicest house in this neighborhood. The house has a nice covered patio on the back of the house with a propane fire pit and gas grill. Having access to a double garage was also very nice. The house has a great kitchen with very nice appliances and a good selection of cookware. Even though the home is in a transitional neighborhood, it is less tha 10 minutes from Magnolia Silos and 15 minutes from Baylor’s campus.

4/10 Poor

Positive -Very clean house. Negative -Too many text messages to the property management for basic items. First and foremost the dishes, flatware, and pots/ pans looked like they were set up for a treasure hunt. Also the lack of glassware for a home that holds 8 guests. I don't consider small 8 oz IKEA coffee cups as drinking glasses or for standard coffee use. Not a way to start a 3 generation family college graduation celebration. I would prefer to have direct contact with the management to explain a few things as the list goes on. Not sure the owner/host is aware of certain issues. I can be reached at my email on record. Very sad as the home is in a wonderful historic section of town.
