What’s not to love? This place is well decorated and perfectly furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect for any sports venue. Parking is the only real challenge. I can’t wait to return back. I also extended my stay. The front door was replaced 2 days ago and they look beautiful.

The stay was perfect for our event at Huntington bank field. You really can’t be any closer than this location. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking was a little confusing, but no fault of the host as there was a special event happening that weekend. We were able to easily find a parking lot around the corner for a good overnight rate.

Cozy Weekend Condo with a Great View

My husband and I had a great time staying at the Water Front Condominiums. It was in a great location and we were able to walk to many restaurants, museums, and parks. Parking was relatively close and cheap. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. The view over Lake Erie and its lighthouses was breathtaking and so much better than I had anticipated.

Great location, worked perfect for the concert we were going to. Not very clean. Everything had a layer of dirt on it. Rug looked and felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed ever. Entire building smelled like weed. We ended up having to pay 50 for parking in the lot next to the building for one night because of the concert.

The unit itself met our needs for our short stay. The property in a whole needs attention to cleaning in common areas,outside and lighting at entrances to the building.

The place was dirty. The address provided was confusing. There was no bath wash, wash clothes or kitchen towels. Only 5 hangers and 3 small bath towels. The dishwasher was barely holding itself in and when you open the door it almost fell over. Definitely over sold it in the listing. And was NOT worth the high price we paid for 4 nights. Could’ve stayed in a hotel for much less

This condo's location is fantastic, especially for anyone attending an event at the convention center—it's just a short, easy walk away. Beyond the convenience, the condo itself was a great place to stay with pleasant views of Lake Erie and the Brown's stadium. The listing photos are accurate to the condition and decor of the property. There was a complete and functional kitchen, and six people could easily be accommodated for a meal at the counter and the table.The building was reasonably clean and safe, but the parking lot next door seemed to host late-night gatherings with loud music, so bring some headphones. There is a lot of train traffic, but they were not particularly loud. The building location is a little tricky to find if traveling west-bound on route 2 because the building is partially under the highway. Do not miss the exit for West 3rd Street on the right because it's a trip across the Cuyahoga River to West 45th Street before you can get turned around.
The building was undergoing some repairs, but the common space appeared to be clean and cared for.
The listing photos are accurate, and the rooms benefited from natural light.
The Browns Stadium, as well as the aquarium, Tower City, Huntington Convention Center are walkable.
Each night painted a unique and beautiful sunset.
