• Four cable TVs located in the master suite, two-bedroom suite, living room, and swimming pool area. All TVs are equipped with streaming services; guests must log in using their personal accounts and passwords.

Our master suite is sure to please with its ample view of the garden and the unique vegetation of Atitlán. The en-suite master bathroom, featuring a soaking bathtub, is a delightful touch for a truly restful vacation.

Full access to all areas of the house and gardens. The staff has separate living quarters to ensure guests’ privacy during the night. There is daytime and nighttime security for your peace of mind.

We’re happy to host larger groups! We can accommodate up to 18 guests upon request. Please note there is a $150 fee for groups of 15 to 18 people.

The house is ideal for families and offers a wide variety of activities for both young and older children, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong table, pool table, swing set, soccer goals, badminton, trampoline, croquet, board games, outdoor fire pit, and wood-fired oven for roasting marshmallows and sausages.

Car and boat rental recommendations available, as well as Restuarants at nearby towns. The caretaker can help you in whatever you might need during your stay and upon arrival: loading and unloading personal belongings, arranging transportation into town, grocery shopping, scheduling boat rides at any of the towns around the lake, setting up the fireplace, etc. I live in the City of Guatemala. Texting through the app is the best way to get a hold of me. I rarely answer calls from unknown numbers. You can get in touch with me from 8am-8pm. It will be my pleasure to assist you.

We want to let you know that we take our guests’ well-being very seriously and regularly disinfect frequently touched surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.

There are 3–4 staff members on site: a caretaker-butler, gardener, kitchen helper, and an additional kitchen helper for larger groups. They are kind, friendly, and experienced in assisting international guests, including many volunteer groups from the U.S.

They help with light cooking assistance, making beds, cleaning, washing dishes, and caring for the home, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay. You simply bring your food and drinks, and the staff will gladly assist with meal preparation. Their service is not optional and is included in the fee.

We also offer the option of breakfast or simple meals (without special dietary restrictions). This service includes meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. Additional fees apply and are processed through VRBO payment request. Please request this service and pay at least one week prior to arrival.

The home includes a gas barbecue griddle (gas included) & charcoal grill on the deck and an electric stove in the kitchen. There are no gas appliances inside the home. If you plan on using the charcoal grill please bring your charcoal.

NEW! Wi-Fi is available in the home. We have invested in providing strong and reliable internet service. However, due to our location, occasional interruptions may occur. While we will always do our best to help restore service as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for outages beyond our control.

Amenity Transparency: While we always do our best to keep all amenities fully operational, if the pool or jacuzzi becomes unavailable during your stay due to a mechanical issue or if the water cannot be properly heated, we will provide a $100 refund. If the sauna becomes unavailable, we will provide a $50 refund.

Finally, due to new SAT tax regulations, we are required to collect the following information for invoicing:
