Situated in the lovely waterfront community of Englewood Isles this is a perfect comfortable home to spend the winter months and longer.
Great room plan with large comfortable sectional, large flat screen tv and dining area with table and 4 chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite coutertops.
There are three bedrooms with king in master with its own en-suite bathroom. Then two further quest rooms which share a second bathroom
There is very large screened in back lanai which is private and overlooks the back yard. Nice for dining outside in the winter months.
Laundry room with washer and dryer leads to the double garage.
Englewood Isles is situated midway between Englewood Beach and Manasota Beach and local shopping /restaurants within 5 minutes.
Great location to visit all the great places in Englewood, Venice and Boca Grande.
