The true highlight of this home is the outdoor living space. Giant lanai with summer kitchen area, seating area, bar and TV. Direct access to guest bathroom.

The space
The open-concept living area features 14 foot ceilings and large sliding glass doors that flood the space with natural light and provide a beautiful view of the pool area.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need. A dining area provides seating for a family meal, while a breakfast nook and bar offer additional seating or a casual spot for coffee or entertaining.

Master Suite: A luxurious retreat with a palatial king-size bed, 2 walk-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom: Perfect for a couple or children with a Queen bed and direct lanai access.

Third Bedroom: A flexible space with a Full bed & walk-in closet, ideal for additional guests.

The true highlight of this home is the incredible outdoor living space. The lanai space is huge offering seating area, summer kitchen, TV & direct guest bathroom access. The entire pool area is screened-in, eliminating any worry of insects. The pool has a heater which can be activated for a small additional fee.

Das Haus ist eine 10 von 10, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet, wirklich traumhaft. Der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar und um unser Wohl bemüht.Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Vierspurigen Straße, der Verkehr ist tagsüber auf der Terrasse deutlich hörbar, abends wird es ruhiger. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, wir würden wieder das Haus buchen.
