Million Dollar Views & The ONLY Private Pier Left in Orange Beach

This is a luxurious beachfront condo with everything upscale! Parking passes are 50.00. Only 36 units are serviced by 2 elevators with only 4 units per floor. Eight people can sleep comfortably as there are 2 large bedrooms, each with a private bath, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin trundle bead in the media room near a 3rd full bath. A huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym and sauna completes a brief description of this unique and unforgettable retreat.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need. A laundry with full size washer and dryer is located off the kitchen. Ample eating space is provided by the dining table as well as a breakfast bar. Also a full size dining table is available on the balcony.

A spacious living area has a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating including 2 recliners. There is a wet bar with a beverage center and an unexpected electric fireplace for winter months. Large patio doors lead to the balcony and view of the gulf waters/fishing pier.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, sitting area, walk-in closet and large patio door to balcony. A huge master bath has a unique skylight, tub, separate shower and double bowl vanity.

A spacious guest bedroom also has a king bed and wall mounted flat screen TV as well as private full bath and patio doors to the balcony.

The 3rd full bath has a huge shower, large vanity, linen closet, storage chest and is located in the hallway conveniently near the sleeper sofa.

Amenities of the complex: 24 hour security, free internet, large outdoor pool, indoor pool located in the same building as this unit (west building), fitness room with new flat screen TV and sauna. Parking for 2 vehicles except holidays when only 1 space is available. The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier with 3 shaded rest areas and a 40'X40' platform at the end. Although fishermen love the pier, it is just as desirable for watching marine life and for the MILLION $$$ VIEW of the sunrises, sunsets and beach of the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a short boardwalk from the pier to the white sandy beach. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent or you may bring your own.

Four Seasons is located in the heart of Orange Beach near everything including shopping, restaurants, entertainment, nature trails, golf courses, marinas, adventure activities and the world famous Florabama. Pensacola, Fl, home of the Naval Air Museum and the Blue Angels is 30 minutes drive east. Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked is 1 hour to the west. Casinos of Biloxi, MS are 2 hours west.

Communication was great until the end. There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no extras. We were there for about a week. One roll of paper towel. Zero seasonings for cooking, including salt and pepper. Just enough towels per person. No extra garbage bags. One dishwasher pod. Felt as if the whole place could have overall been cleaner. A lot of the dishes were not clean when we arrived. We were unable to access the fitness room or sauna as you needed a key in which we did not have. The view was awesome though. Orange Beach in itself was amazing.

We absolutely loved the view. Sitting on the balcony multiple times a day and soaking it all in was one of our favorite things. Another one was walking the beautiful white sandy beach.The private pier was a highlight. We saw sharks, sting rays, and dolphins. Our host was very quick to respond and helpful. The beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We totally enjoyed our stay! My husband fished, and I enjoyed the beach and the pool. We met so many people who stay at this complex every year. The condo was well maintained and had comfortable seating. We hope to return soon!

The condo was great could’ve been cleaner my wife cleans for a living so she picked out everything. Also the floor in front of the sink of the wet bar seems soft and loose other than that had a beautiful and great time.

What a view!

This property was just as described and pictured. It had 2 roomy bedrooms with a bath attached to each, along with a 3rd bathroom. The best part was the large balcony and an amazing view. I would definitely book again.

Family Vacation

The pictures were accurate of the property. It was very nice. The parking is tight but we always had space for both trucks. Fairly well stocked kitchen items, an indoor pool and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was closed the last two days (someone had an accident and they had to add chemicals) but indoor pool was open. The pier was amazing. The men in our group fished every day. The beach is always great.

Excellent Location!

You cannot beat the location and the pier on this property. Shopping, fishing, restaurants are just minutes away. We have been staying at this unit every year, for the last 11 years.
