Quite, Cozy, And Convenient Vacation Bungalow.

I may be old but I am a clean and cozy 1 bedroom open concept house.
This unit is set to accommodate two (2) guests, although it can sleep three (3).
One queen size bed and one twin bed.
There is a charge of $10. per person per night for each additional person over one person.

Amenities include Air Conditioner, Heater, Stove, Refrigerator, Ceiling fans, Internet, WiFi, Washer, Dryer, Carport, and a large yard with outdoor sitting and dining areas.

Few blocks from the Indian River from where rocket launches can be watched, or for just relaxing.
Our cozy and comfortable bungalow provides easy access to the area's most prized and rich activities. To beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Sky Dive Space Center in Titusville, home of Florida's highest tandem jump at 18,000 feet, Canaveral National Seashore, Merritt Island Wild Life Refuge, bird watching, swimming, surfing, hiking, fishing, airboat rides, water sports, deep sea fishing, manatee watching, nature classes. We offer one day and half day boat excursions, and also sunset cruises

A nice small bungalow with lots of character

It was a quick one night stay for my son and I. It's a great little house. It gets a bit of road noise (it's a residential street, but had lots of traffic, that may have been for the Artemis launch).

Donny and his son did a touch and go stay, just enjoy time to rest before leaving to view the Artemis rocket launch, which did not launch unfortunately. They left the unit very clean.

Tidy in Titusville!

This property nicely served our goal of being outdoors as much as possible during our stay. And the landscaping/sitting areas certainly were a plus in that regard. The location was convenient for the places we wanted to visit. It is close to a busy intersection, so vehicle noise was noted but not a game changer.

No light on smoke detectors, no cO2 sector. Heater shut down often without warming the house. Bathroom floor was a total mess and smelled like urine. Kitchen corner where table set smell bad also. No hot water ever in bathroom, no plug for bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Stove wire cot went out the wall to outside plug in, no safe. Freezer rusty. Was on property while we were gone. Very noisy next to 4 way stop sign and train that come through in very early AM 3 AM. Kitchen floor looks unsafe. Should be pulled from listing until up graded electrical, flooring fix. Water assessed etc.

Quiet Refuge

Property provided all that I needed. Not the most glamorous but very functional. Patio was a delight as it had many beautiful plants that attracted many birds,. Great place to just hang out and enjoy nature. Location was great as everything I needed was close by. I enjoyed the company of the renters in the adjacent rental. Very friendly environment that helped me to relax and enjoy life.

The place didn't look like the pictures on Vrbos site ! Nothing at all !

Didn't stay at all there ! Went to a motel! The outside had a lot of stuff that should have not been there , the shower was nasty the fridge was horrible it was nothing like the pictures the bed was a full size or maybe a day bed I don't know ! Whoever gave good ratings must like dirt and spiders! But I rate this a 0 !

Christie's remarks are very subjective, misleading, and mainly untrue. The only changes that are different from the photos are that the stove and television has been upgraded, and the outdoor furniture has been changed. I also have photo evidence showing that they used the QUEEN SIZE BED. The air conditioner was set at 65 degrees for the entirely of their stay. They had absolutely no communications with me since before their arrival. The only communication Christie had with me was a few days before her arrival when she asked what were the state and local taxes to which I provided a breakdown of her payments from the booking site. Potential guests should take her review about the unit for what it is...lies.

Cozy Bungalow

The Bungalow is an older property but just what we needed for our overnight stay! Roger is gracious and kind and recommended an excellent restaurant! He knows the area very well. I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock in the back yard 😊 We had tickets for Kennedy Space Center which is very close to the bungalow.

Just needed a place to sleep

Bathroom was kinda dirty. Bugs in Q tips. Old bar soap from someone else in shower. The place served its purpose. Just Ed needed a place to lay my head for 2 nights. Loud cars heard throughout the night. Polite owner.

This is an older property in an older part of town, but conveniently located to about everything. Roger takes great care in keeping the place clean and comfortable. It has everything you need when away from home, and the comfortable covered outdoor space is a big plus!

The bungalow was convenient to the Space Center and definitely affordable. An older property but kept scrupulously clean. Roger was the best and would help with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area next year.

Great price

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay on The Space Coast, this is it. The floors are a bit run down ( uneven and de-laminating), but other than that, the place is clean and the beds are comfortable. Good for 2 or 3 people. Owner is very friendly and courteous.

Great location as it pretty well centered to all the attractions in central Florida

My wife and I stayed here for two months (Jan-Feb). This unit works really well for two or three individuals. The bathroom is extremely small and has shower only. On cool mornings it could use a little better heating unit. It is also very pet friendly and worked well for our little terrier.The owner managers are extremely nice people and will do all it takes to solve any issues that you may have.
