Relaxation or adventure, it's your choice.

My family and I stayed here and enjoyed the relaxing location with access to horseback riding, whitewater rafting, Yellowstone, and the Grand Tetons. Fantastic family vacation. The property is spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

Communication with the host was great. They were responsive and having the check-in information on hand several days ahead of arrival was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and dishes for our group. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio/seating area and that the laundry was accessible from both cabins. The view of the mountains was lovely and grocery/other stores and restaurants were nearby. While the description of the house was not necessarily inaccurate, it was somewhat misleading. While there is a full kitchen, the oven is extremely old and small and there was a note advising not to use it. We had not planned to feed 9 people out of the toaster oven. The upstairs/loft room was extremely hot. Fans were provided, but there was very limited air circulation. There are no upstairs windows and the screen cover for the door does not reach all the way to the ground. It also smelled very musty/fishy, specifically in the loft and in the living area, and mouse droppings were found in several places (understood that this may just be the reality of being in farm land, but we were not sure if mice were contributing to the smell). Overall a fine place to stay, but a few improvements could make it excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such thoughtful and honest feedback. We truly appreciate it. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the mountain views, outdoor space, comfortable beds, and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the heat in the loft and the mouse droppings you encountered. Being located on active farmland, keeping mice completely out can certainly be a challenge, but we take it very seriously. We have preventative measures in place, including regular inspections and mouse buckets around the property. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as we will have our pest control team revisit the property and perform another inspection. That said, we never received any messages regarding the mouse droppings during your stay. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to send someone over immediately to clean the area, check traps, add additional traps if needed, and address any concerns in real time. We also understand your comments regarding the loft temperature. We do disclose that the property does not have air conditioning and provide recommendations such as keeping the shades closed during the day, which helps significantly. However, after reading your feedback, we agree that additional fans would likely improve comfort in that space, and that is something we will be looking into. Thank you for your feedback!
